Beef & Burgundy

Exciting times last week. Shaken hands on commissions for two business films. One is a high-end wine retailer and the other a first-class organic butchers. Needless to say, as and when I can, I will roll the cameras and in due course have clips available for viewing (with the clients’ permission).

Wedding Trailer

We shot the wedding on HDV format which meant digitising the tapes in real time. Got a good feel for the material as it went it so crafting a 1-minute trailer for the client was fairly straightforward.  Just sent the clip to them and they love it!  Great timing- they’re off on honeymoon tomorrow and back in three weeks.  Looking forward to edit the full length cut.  To respect client privacy I’m not embedding the Trailer at this stage but will hope to post a version ASAP.

There went the Bride!

I had the happy pleasure of filming Feelgood Footage’s first wedding yesterday. And what a day it was! If it wasn’t the hottest day of the year so far it was right up there… much better than rain of course but – with the service in a glass conservatory – our two-man crew was guaranteed to be breaking into sweat early on. The Bride looked beautiful, the Groom delighted and the guests hot. And happy, of course! I have already viewed all the rushes and it looks great. I am sure the clients will be delighted when they see the finished product. Next, the hard yards begin as I immerse myself in the Edit. Will keep you posted of course!
